In some cases it is helpful when we can watch your screen. This is how we are able to see what is the problem is and how we can support you where needed. For this task McMain uses TeamViewer. Want to start prepared? Download the software in advance, so we immediately start finding a solution for your questions and problems.
Roadmap for a flying start
A flying start with maintenance software is important at McMain. Just like being open and transparent. That’s why we explain in 5 steps what you can expect from us: from requesting information to the installation of McMain on site or in the cloud. Together we aim for a flying start to make your digital maintenance clear and successful.
We are happy to give an (online) demo of our maintenance software. During the demo, one of our McMain specialists will give you a tour through the software and tell you how it works and what the system will bring you. Of course, in our advice we take into account your organizational requirements. This will take about half an hour.
Package & quotation
After the demo an open-ended quotation will be drafted, which states which modules we advise you to get. We will also describe the next steps and the expected lead time.
Installation begins! We start with a one day kick-off. On this day, a McMain consultant will visit to go through the inventory together. We will also start an asset hierarchy. Then basic elements will be explained and arranged. Within 3 weeks, the maintenance software will be on your devices.
Use, courses and extra days
The consultancy hours on the quotation are based on subsequent costing. Is everything going well and do you not have anymore questions? Then the remaing uren can also be waived. Do you still have the feeling that you need extra help? No problem! We offer courses and consultancy to help you along.
We have a support department that is happy to help. There will also be regular contact to discuss the progress. Our McMain specialists are also happy to think about how we can get the maintenance process to the next level.
